I believe everyone has the potential to get unstuck and to discover new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Research shows that the therapeutic relationship is a primary element in the overall effectiveness of therapy and I strive to approach all of my clients in a respectful, compassionate manner. I know that making the decision to contact a therapist can be difficult for some and my goal is to make the process as welcoming as possible. I work in a relaxed, informal manner that is collaborative in nature.
The best thing about my job is seeing people transform. The process and time frame may look different for each person but change can, and does, happen.
